How to Confirm Fee Discount in APTORA – Step-by-Step Tutorial

Fee discounts are commonly provided to students based on various institutional policies, scholarships, concessions, or other eligibility criteria. Managing and confirming these discounts accurately is important to maintain correct student fee records.

 

APTORA helps educational institutions manage and confirm applicable fee discounts efficiently.

 

In this guide, we will explain how to confirm a fee discount in APTORA step by step.


Prerequisites

Before confirming a fee discount, make sure:

1.                 1.  The student is already added to APTORA.

 2. The student's fee details are available.

      3. The applicable fee structure is configured.

      4. The discount has been entered or applied to the student's fee record.

      5. You have the required access to the fee/discount module.

Step 1: Log in to the APTORA Dashboard



Step 2: Select Fee Collection

             Select on fee collection and select Fee Discount confirmation V2.


Step 3: Select Student Name

        Select student name and click get details or search.


Step 4: Select The Fee Discount option.

             Select the required student and click on fee discount option.

Step 5: Select the Student

             Select the student and tick on the left side of the box and scroll to right and click edit option.


Fill the form with required details and give Actual Fee and Committed Fee and Click on Submit 


 

After Submitting a notification box will appear click OK.
