Managing student fees is an important part of every
educational institution. Keeping track of collected fees, pending amounts,
payment details, and receipts manually can be time-consuming.
APTORA simplifies the fee collection process by
allowing institutions to manage student fee payments efficiently from a
centralized system.
In this guide, we will explain how to collect student fees in APTORA step by step.
Prerequisites
Before starting the fee collection process, ensure:
1.
Student details are already added to APTORA.
2.
The student is assigned to the appropriate
class/section.
3.
Fee structure is configured for the academic
year.
4.
Applicable fee details are available for
the student.
5. You have access to the Fee Collection module.
Step 1: Log in to the APTORA Dashboard.
Log in to your APTORA account using your registered username
and password.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the APTORA Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the Fee Collection Module
Click on Fee Collection to open the fee collection screen.
Step 3: Select Student Fee Collection.
Select student fee collection and fill the form with regarding details. and Click on Find Student.
Step 4: Select the Fee Collection option.
select the option collect fee.
Step 5: fill the form and submit.
In this you can see the details of student which you have selected. you can see actual fee, committed fee and due fee. Scroll down there you can see fee Breakdown and collection box, there tick the box on left side and enter the amount how much you want to pay.
The Amount you entered will automatically generate down here and click on Submit.
After submitting a notification will appear that your fee has been collected. From there you can print the collected student fee.
